note: How is it that the property in question takes precedence over all others , to the extent that the housing inspectors have entered multiple times -- and without consent to do so ?

Bobby Cuevas , a former Building and Housing Inspector for the City of Cleveland, and known FBI informant, was charged with taking bribes during the Cuyahoga County corruption scandal of 2008. His son, Bobby Cuevas II , is now employed as an Inspector with the City of Clevelands Building and Housing Department.

So, are Cleveland Building and Housing Inspectors still taking bribes , such as those that lead to the infamous Cuyahoga County corruption scandal of 2008, whereby numerous building and housing inspectors, County Auditor Frank Russo , County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora, and other officials, were criminally charged for taking bribes, fixing cases, and other ills?

Back in 2009 for instance, one building and housing inspector ( ie. Bobby Cuevas, pictured right) , was charged with taking bribes to the tune of $4,300. Charges against Cuevas however ( a known FBI informant), were dismissed after he successfully completed a diversion program with Cuyahoga County.

But whats going on these days tho? Whats going on with Clevelands Building and Housing department? Are Cleveland Building and Housing Inspectors up to their old tricks? Are they still taking bribes? Or do they have new tricks? Specifically, did Clevelands Building and Housing department, by and thru Inspector Bobby Cuevas II, target one east side property for condemnation and demolition so as to intimidate the owner, who got in the way of state wide drug trafficking that allegedly involves corrupt attorneys, fake llc's, complicit officials, real estate, and white dope boys who front it all off ? The property owner thinks so.

But maybe we should ask Bobby Cuevas if housing inspectors are still taking bribes, and/or are facilitating Clevelands drug trade; since his son, Bobby Cuevas II, currently an Inspector with Clevelands Building and Housing Department, issued the condemnation demolition order that is at issue. Moreover, that Cuevas entered the property without consent, constitutes a violation of 4th and 14th amendment rights. That said, the owner claims that, for a number of reasons, the house was improperly cited for condemnation and demolition, while numerous distressed properties, some of which are known crack houses, go unchecked and uncited by the city.

The owner furthermore asserts and alleges that , generally speaking, the drug trade is being advanced by a plethora of government officials , government employees , fake llc's , crooked attorneys, and front men who carry out "operations" in a manner so sophisticated that it is not discernable to most. The owner believes that the state is profitting from the drug trade, and that its increased harassment of her was due to the fact that she inadvertently learned of the vast corruption. She furthermore states that, to the best of her knowledge and belief, the original goal of the drug trade and/or crack epidemic, was to control the masses by crippling them with various addictions , but that the associated billion dollar pay day is now a prime incentive to continue the heinous acts upon its victims.

note: Speaking of bribes, who's keeping up with the First Energy drama concerning an alleged $4.3 million bribe it paid to now deceased, Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) chairman, Sam Randazzo? Several First Energy officials have been criminally charged, and Randazzo was facing charges at the time of his death. My question tho, is how much did 'Big Mikey Mike' aka Governor Richard Michael DeWine know about this "transaction," either before or after it transpired, and did it influence his decision to appoint Randazzo to the Public Utilities Commission?
