Shout Out to Black Canton: The Frank Tyson case is going to get dismissed under the special prosecutor. Mark my words. Simply, Stone never had a case and he knew it, not on reckless homicide anyway. He indicted those officers (four days before the election) to appease you and get re-elected. Periodt. In other words, you got played. Its just that simple. I knew from the onset that there was no basis for the case. He was just grand standing and trying to get re - elected. Heres what it comes down to: Stone charged the officers with reckless homicide, but do you understand the legal definition of reckless homicide? This is not reckless homicide. Reckless homicide is 'the unlawful killing of another person resulting from conduct in which the perpetrator consciously disregards a substantial and unjustifiable risk of death or serious injury, with the operative phrase being "consciously disregards," which means the individual was aware of the risk and chose to act anyway (or failed to act) despite knowing the potential consequences. ' In the Tyson case, the record and body cam footage clearly contradicts the reckless homicide charge, because the officers were not trying to kill him, and in fact, tried to save him. Again, not reckless homicide. On the other hand, had Stone charged the officers with negligent homicide, where a perpetrator 'fails to perceive a risk that they should have recognized,' Stone might have had a case, with the operative word being "might," because at the end of the day, the validity of a "negligent homicide" charge in this instance, would hinge on Frank Tysons actual cause of death, and whether the officers actions caused or contributed to his death. But no point in mulling over this, because the officers werent charged with negligent homicide. They were charged with reckless homicide, and ain't no way this is reckless homicide, so get ready for the case to be dismissed, as it should be.
And thats just on periodt.
And what about that black woman who's owned a house in Canton since 2021, but hadnt been able to live in it because Stone treated the transfer as a criminal matter and brought a felony bad check charge over a $120 dollar check that was paid in 2021; a forgery charge when she signed her own name, and a larceny charge when it went from her llc to herself? I mean... for real??? Really?! C'mon man!!! Is it 2026 or Rosa Parks era America ? I'd say its Rosa Parks era America because, what they never told us about the bus boycott era, is that, when it was all said and done, Dr King and Rev Abernathy were all but forced to leave Alabama due to harassment , and Rosa Parks could not find work after the fact, sooo , to a great extent, history is repeating itself. Sort of. That is, that black woman will never be allowed to live in her Canton house , and for many of the same reasons Dr King and Rev Abernathy could not live in their Montgomery homes. And, from what I can see, there aint nuthin she can do about it.
One question tho, what role if any did jealousy play in the housing debacle? I say it played a HUGE role... HUGE. Simply, they were jealous of her and had the power to turn her life upside down, and that is precisely what they did.

In looking at the list of those who have lain in state at the Capital Rotunda, Rosa Parks, Reverend Billy Graham, and J Edgar Hoover are of particular interest. First, given Mr. Hoovers infamous COINTEL program, and his/its non - stop efforts to discredit black leaders and prevent the rise of a black Messiah, he should not have been given this honor. Second, although Ms Parks did indeed become the face of the civil rights movement, she should not be labeled a 'civil rights leader,' but, instead, a quiet, unassuming woman who 'went along with the program,' when she was 'selected' to represent (or become the face of) the struggle. Keep in mind that numerous others , including , but not limited to: Aurelia Browder, Claudette Colvin, Susie McDonald, Mary Smith and Jeanetta Reese, not only refused to sit in the "black" section of the bus, but did so several months before Ms Parks. They then sued the government as a response to their arrests, and won (see Browder vs Gayle). Consequently, this begs the question: will the real civil rights leader please stand up? Lastly, while the Reverend Billy Graham was a towering figure amongst clergy, and greatly admired by many, including myself, I can not help but wonder which sermon, prayer or accomplishment earned him the coveted spot at the Rotunda. Or maybe it was his role as spiritural advisor to numerous sitting presidents that earned him this distinguished honor, but whatever the case, it is a gesture of respect that is now being denied to the Reverend Jesse Jackson Sr., despite that Reverend Jackson twice negotiated the release of American hostages who were being held captive over seas (once in 1984 and again in 1999); despite that Reverend Jacksons "I am Somebody" chant was for all of us, not some of us; despite that his "Keep Hope Alive" chant was all that kept some of us inspired, if not alive; and despite that , until his death, Reverend Jackson was the embodiment of the civil rights movement, past and present.... a movement that sought to make America better. Yet, despite his role in the civil rights movement, despite his contributions, despite his efforts, despite what he stood for, despite his always being available to help the Blue Party advance its agenda ... Reverend Jackson has, to date, been denied the opportunity to lie in state at the Rotunda ... resulting in a decison that, if not reversed, is going to set America back, leave a stain on her pristine garments, and go down in history as one of the most thankless gestures ever rendered.
note of clarification: Lying in State is reserved for government officials. Lying in Honor is reserved for private citizens. Rosa Parks, for instance, lay in Honor at the Rotunda on October 31, 2005. Reverend Jackson should be afforded the same honor

My mother had a handful of movies that she liked, but the one she liked most was 'Wuthering Heights,' a 1939 gem that starred Sir Laurence Olivier and Merle Oberon as Heathcliffe and Cathy. It was a love story if ever there was one -- a real tear jerker, and it had an amazing soundtrack. My mom and I watched it everytime it came on , and we both cried at the end, because, like I said, its a real tear jerker. Fast forward to 2026, and a new version of the film, starring Jacob Elordi and Margot Robbie, premiered last weekend, and did very well at the box office. Needless to say, I can't wait to see it, and only wish my mom were here to see it too. I know she would have wanted to 💕

Tik Tok is a disaster since it was sold. Its more invasive now than it ever was, and is all but forcing pop up ad's , without an option to opt out or opt in. That is, altho I have tried to opt out, I have been unable to. Likewise, despite that I have never opted in, I keep getting these non - stop ads, all of which interfere with my ability to use and enjoy the site. At the end of the day, they all but force you to opt in, otherwise, the site can't even be navigated withiout a hassle, but for the disclaimer advising of the new rules.

I had no idea Tik Tok had been sold. Of course, I knew there had been ongoing pressure to force a sale , but , again, I had no idea ByteDance had finally given in and sold to a group of American investors. According to The Guardian , however, thats precisely what happened when the sale was finalized on January 22. While, again, this is news to me, it explains why the once easy to use platform, became less so... almost over night, and I have a feeling things are only going to get worse.

More Yahoo! drama ya'll, but much too much to write or blog about. Suffice to say tho, that, any warning notifications to log in should be sent to the recovery email address that is on file for the email account in question. Unfortunately, Yahoo! is playing a new game, whereby it sends the warning notification to the Yahoo! email account, rather than the recovery email address. But if you havent logged into the Yahoo! account, how would you see it? (lol) Thats not how it works anyway tho. The notification should be sent to the recovery email , so that you know to log into the Yahoo1 account, since thats one of the functions of the recovery email address. So, unless they are trying to delete the account for cause or cover up, failure to send the warning to the recovery email doesn't make sense. And there are other trwists on the game, as follows:
Just recently, for instance, I logged into an account that I last logged into in September, 2025, only to find a notification from Yahoo! dated October, 2025 advising that I needed to log in , or the account would be deleted in September , 2026. I was like 'Huh?' Yahoo! shouldnt even have sent that notification. I could see it if the last log in was 2023 or 2024, but a September 2025 log in should not have received an October warning to log in. Periodt. The account in question has legal evidence tho, just like the other email accounts that Yahoo! wiped or otherwise tampered with in 2023, so, you do the math. Again I ask tho, why did Yahoo! wipe an account containing emails that might have facilitated the theft of my property in Athens? And what, if anything, did Yahoo! have to do with the theft of my property, whic, btw, was valued at well over $1 million dollars? Moreover, why did Yahoo! wipe accounts that documented my activism in Athens, and/or accounts that contained damning information about Mt Zion? But for that matter, why did Yahoo! wipe all but two email accounts that were associated with my personal or professional endeavors? And "wipe" is the operative word. Yahoo! wiped these accounts with a "hold on while we clean up your mailbox," notification that deleted all messages and folders while I waited. Moreover, Yahoo! did so after months of blocking my log in attempts with a "please log on from a computer that you normally use" notification -- despite that I had the correct password that should have permitted log in from any device. And, altho I eventually logged in while the mailbox (s) and their contents were intact, Yahoo!, soon thereafter, eventually wiped them all -- right before my eyes. The question is: why?
